Located between Nanshan District and Futian District, with Tanglang Mountain as its backdrop, Taoyuan Village exudes a distinct blend of urban vibrancy and natural tranquility. Inspired by the dappled sunlight filtering through the trees, the designers sought to recreate the ambiance of a “Peach Blossom Garden” within the community. By incorporating recycled materials such as old lumber squares, discarded marbles, and tracks of doors and windows, the cafe seamlessly integrates into its surroundings, minimizing environmental impact while retaining the charm of aged objects.
