Logistics Core and Surrounding Environment

At the heart of the building lies the logistics core, housing the essential functions of the warehouse. Surrounding this core are transparent volumes housing office spaces, directly connected to roof gardens on the first floor. This design optimizes the rectangular core for logistics operations while fostering a harmonious blend of workspace and natural surroundings.

Traffic Flow and Public Space

Logistic-related traffic movements and loading docks are strategically positioned at the back of the building to ensure efficient operations. Meanwhile, a parking deck for passenger cars is located above this area, separated from the office spaces. This separation encourages pedestrian movement and activates the public space along the building, enhancing connectivity and accessibility.

Nature-Inclusive Design

The shell of the building comprises slender volumes of varying heights, each serving a unique purpose in promoting biodiversity. Higher roofs feature herbaceous green and brown roofs designed to accommodate insects and nesting birds, while lower roofs serve as roof gardens for users, providing outdoor spaces and picking gardens. This green infrastructure forms a sanctuary for wildlife, including butterflies, amphibians, and birds, enriching the surrounding ecosystem.
