Studio Andrew Trotter envisioned this central space as a tranquil oasis, with two staircases leading to the self-contained houses. Each house boasts a king-sized bed, a luxurious bathroom with a shower, a spacious living and dining area adorned with an original fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private courtyard with an outdoor bath/shower, and a secluded terrace complete with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, stone sofa, and lemon tree garden.

Drawing inspiration from the rich architectural heritage of Puglia, Studio Andrew Trotter incorporated vaulted ceilings and sleek cement floors throughout the property. Local sandstone “tufo” serves as the primary building material, lending a sense of authenticity to the structures. Bespoke bathroom sinks and kitchen tops, crafted by local artisans, add a touch of refinement to the interiors, marrying tradition with modernity.

The interiors of Borgo Gallana are adorned with carefully curated furnishings and decor, including vintage tables, chairs, ceramics, and lamps.
