With an area of 46 square meters, this coffee shop redefines the traditional coffee bar concept, creating an immersive atmosphere where coffee, baristas, and space converge seamlessly.

A Unified Bar Concept

At Cenchi Coffee, the entire space is designed to function as a bar area, inviting guests to step into an environment where coffee preparation takes center stage. Unlike conventional cafes, where the bar area is separated from the seating, here, the ordering table, pour-over coffee bar, and espresso bar are arranged openly along the central axis. Guests are seated within the bar area, blurring the distinction between the front and back of the bar.

Familiar Yet Unconventional Layout

Upon entering Cenchi Coffee, customers may initially find the layout unusual. However, this unconventional design is intended to evoke memories of intimate gatherings around a kitchen island.
